As most of you know, these last few weeks virii have wreaked havoc on computer users across the world. The most recent idespread infection was of the W95.CIH (Chernoble) virus that resulted in the re-writing of the first meg of hard drive space. The virus also had the capability of overwriting BIOS information resulting in preventing the computer to boot up even when the power is turned on. Warranty does not cover viral infection damage, so the best way to prevent this from happening is to purchase a virus detection agent such as Norton Antivirus. All Enhanced Microsystems sold after January 1st, 1999 come equiped with an anti virus detection agent.

Most of us have at one point or another accidentally deleted a file or mistakenly emptied the recycle bin that held an important document "someone" deleted. The best way to avoid this problem is by purchasing a software program capable of retrieving those once hopelessly lost files.
